Your Input. You retain ownership of the content you provide to Kest. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use your input to provide and improve our Services.
Third-Party Data. Flight prices, schedules, and availability are provided by third-party airlines and booking platforms. This information may change at any time without notice.
Booking Relationships. When you book a flight through links or integrations provided by Kest, you enter into a contract directly with the airline or booking provider—not with Kest. Their terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund policies, apply to your booking.
Price Changes. Flight prices displayed in search results are estimates and may change between the time you search and when you complete a booking.
The Services, including our website, AI technology, branding, and content, are owned by Kest and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without our written permission.

AS-IS BASIS. Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
